I suspect this is the same interview with Diamanda Mick Mercer refers to in his book "Gothic Rock" where he wrote
"I interviewed her once in the early 80's when she'd spoken of male castration as being a feasible and helpful thing. I agree. Unfortunately as we sat talking in the pub right next to her record company a couple of strippers came out and did their act behind her. She didn't even notice. It was positively surreal."
