While you are listening to the joys of Fuzzbox why don't you get yourself over to Anarchoblogs and:- admire the good work of Rad Geek
- read the views of assorted anarchists, syndicalists, libertarian socialists and other "-ists" who blog 'til their fingers bleed
- if you're inclined, submit your blog for inclusion... where relevant obviously ;)
- get agitated, get educated and get organised!

Hi
Sorry to hassle you - the zip doesn't seem to like the password. I've tried it in a number of unzippers (although not winzip, admittedly).
Is it me, or is the archive screwy?
Cheers and regards
Darren
Adios y Saludo
Loved Fuzzbox in '86 but didn't know they had done more than this album until the other day. Out of the blue I decided to search the p2p networks for Fuzzbox but could only find a few songs off this album. There are a few You Tube videos out there for the nostalgic.
Call it synchronicity, but I decided to give it another try tonight and what do you know a music archiver has posted the entire album professionally dubbed off the vinyl.
Thank you, made my day.
Hi
With the following comments it's clear it's a problem with my archive. Probably got corrupted in the download.
I'll give it another go.
Cheers
Darren
@ Darren - its not a hassle as you well know. Be sure your Zip program can handle AES256 as an encryption algorithm - this post may help.
@ Anonymous - "Big Bang" was the album they released in pursuit of a commercial sound and, you're right, it is very different from what I have here. And their hair was pretty cool wasn't it...
@ Ping - Coincidence? I don't think so ;) Always enjoy making someone's day with a post so thanks for letting me know.
7-zip did the trick. Thanks for the heads up - and the album. I lost my copy years ago during one house move or another...
Regards
Darren
Thanks for taking the time to digitize this. I have to comment that the MP3 encoder/codec you're using sucks, though. Even at 256 full stereo, parts of some tracks sound like it is being played out of a toilet.
I recommend -> LAME <-, which is free, and considered by one and all to be the best MP3 encoder. It's multi-platform.

Thanks for the comment anonymous. I will say that I am using LAME 3.97, with the latest stable release at 3.98, so I am surprised that the quality isn't up to scratch.
Which tracks/sections are problematic? Maybe worth bearing in mind that they probably didn't have the best production given the year and their particular style.
thanks so much for this - love is the slug is one of my fave songs ever and i've been searching on and off for this album and today i found it!!!
thanks again :-)
A pleasure, pedro.
Wrong password. Love your blog overall, though : ).
Aluka - the password is correct. It may be that your zip program can't handle the encryption - this post should help.
If you're still having trouble then let me know. And thanks for the comment.
pasword worked for me . thanks
Always was curious about these gals then totally forgot about 'em. For 22 years. Heard 'Love Is The Slug' tonight and was really digging the 80's pop coupled with 60's fuzz in a punk package. Very clever and very listenable.
Thanks but both Win RAR & 7ZIP tell me it's the wrong password, tried it numerous times & ways.
I've uploaded a .7z version via Multiupload anonymous. The link is in the post and the password is the same.
ty so much for this. Really about time this got a proper re-issue.
